Glenn Young leads the company’s client services division, with responsibility for helping oversee the planning and execution of all functions to support the company’s strategic direction and serve a growing list of national clients. Mr. Young emphasizes client satisfaction, process improvement, teamwork and financial discipline as the foundation of business success. He is responsible for helping with the organization’s increasing development and penetration into emerging markets through relationship building and customer service.
Throughout his career he has held leadership positions in various industries leveraging that diverse resume to cultivate high performing teams in fast paced and extremely stressful environments. Before joining OHD, Mr. Young was with RCW Energy Services in the Oilfield Services Industry. His responsibilities ranged from merger and acquisitions, sales, recruitment, as well as the day to day operations. Prior to this, he was a Fortune 500 leader in organizations such as Nestle and Aramark.
Mr. Young is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and a decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm.
